KwikPaisa is an enterprise-grade fintech technology platform that enables businesses to access payments, collections, payouts, banking and financial infrastructure services through regulated banking and financial institution partners. Certain products and services available through the platform are provided by RBI-regulated banks, licensed payment aggregators, payment gateways, acquiring institutions and other authorized financial service providers.

KwikPaisa operates as a Technology Service Provider (TSP), Integration Partner and Infrastructure Enabler for select services and does not independently provide regulated financial services where specific regulatory authorization is required. Product availability, features and service offerings may vary based on partner availability, merchant category, regulatory requirements and jurisdiction.

Platform technology, APIs, merchant integrations, infrastructure orchestration, security controls and operational systems are powered and managed in collaboration with BofinTech, KwikPaisa's technology infrastructure partner. Security frameworks are designed in alignment with enterprise security standards, PCI-DSS controls, ISO-aligned security practices and industry best practices.

Infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure with systems designed to support data protection, business continuity and applicable data localization requirements.

All trademarks, banking products, payment services and regulated financial products remain the responsibility of their respective licensed providers. Terms, eligibility requirements, regulatory obligations and service availability may change without prior notice.

Fund Flow Disclaimer

KwikPaisa acts solely as a Technology Service Provider (TSP), Integration Partner and transaction instruction facilitator for participating financial institutions and regulated service providers. KwikPaisa does not hold, own, control, manage or take custody of customer or merchant funds at any stage of the transaction lifecycle.

All funds are received, processed, maintained and settled through designated escrow accounts, nodal accounts, settlement accounts or pool accounts operated by regulated banking, payment and financial institution partners. KwikPaisa's role is limited to facilitating technology infrastructure, merchant onboarding, transaction orchestration, MIS generation, reporting, reconciliation support and settlement instructions to authorized partner institutions.

Final fund movement, settlement processing, account operations, regulatory compliance and custody of funds remain the responsibility of the respective licensed banks, payment institutions, acquiring partners and other regulated financial service providers in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements and partner agreements.
